BUILT FOR THE MOMENT BEFORE RELEASE

Include testing in your release process.

Install on your computer

App Breaker runs on your desktop. Browser testing includes its own browser; mobile targets need additional platform tools.

Test with permission

Choose software you own or have permission to investigate. Website testing includes an ownership check.

Take findings back to your team

Review local reports and evidence. App Breaker investigates problems; it doesn’t change your application’s code.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST RUN

Before you begin

What does a DevWorkroom subscription include?

One subscription includes all nine tools listed above, including App Breaker. Choose US$29 monthly or US$249 annually. Current capabilities and limitations are described in the user guide.

What can I test?

App Breaker includes website, iOS Simulator, Android and native desktop adapters. Website, iOS Simulator, Android and native desktop workflows have passed the documented acceptance checks. Results cover the tested workflows, not every possible application. Only test software you own or have permission to test.

Does a clean report mean my app has no bugs?

No. A report describes what a particular test observed. It is not proof that an application is defect-free or secure.

Where are my reports stored?

On your computer: Application Support/App Breaker on Mac and Local AppData/App Breaker on Windows. Reports can contain sensitive screenshots and target data. Review them before sharing.

Will App Breaker change my code?

No. It investigates and records findings. Testing can change data inside the target application, so use a test environment and test accounts.

How do I get support?

Email support@devworkroom.com for help with DevWorkroom. Include the tool name and what happened; never send passwords, payment details or unreviewed diagnostic files.
